Our house has been sold at a price over our expectation. Besides of the market condition, Greg definitely did a very good job. He has been very down to every detail when helping us to prepare the house before sales. His understanding of the market and negotiation skill is great. And most importantly, he and Jessica has been working so hard to get the deal done, we can see that they are so tired after a very long day of negotiation.
