I found Jennifer good to deal with, always responded to queries promptly. In the end a good roll up to the auction with a good number of bidders. Auctioneer did a great job pulling the buyers along for a good sale price, right where we thought it should sell. Jennifer was a little apprehensive to set the reserve where we wanted it, as she didn't want to lose buyers by having it too high, but in the end we were correct.
