We were keen to get a quick sale, considering it was coming up to the end of the year. However, we wanted to make sure it wasn't a fire sale and got top dollar. This helped make the renovation and the re-styling of the home seamlessly transition into sale-mode. The house was sold for above expectations the day of the second open home. We were thrilled!
