They were not the cheapest of the agents I talked to but they had the best strategy.

The strategy paid of perfectly and it was conducted by them very professionally and exactly as they had outlined it to me.

It worked.

We had one "open for inspection" on the Saturday and the deal was done late on the following Monday evening. Perfect!
