From the very beginning I was impressed with Jessica. Before we met she gave us a pack that gave us a clear idea of what was happening in the market and where our property sat. She never over inflated our expectations or told us what we wanted to hear. Her feedback was based on fact and what was happening in the market place. She was very clear in all of her communication with us and always made sure that we knew what was happening and answered any of our questions quickly and promptly. On top of all of that the price Jessica obtained for us was a suburb record and exceeded our expectations. All in all selling our house was a fairly smooth process thanks to Jessica's hard work.
