From the onset we had in our mind what we wanted in the selling agent, they had to know real estate and be able to assist in three segments - what we needed to do to put the property in the best possible position for sale, how to market and then negotiate the best out come. We spoke to a couple of other agents but Greg stood out an all three segments, especially in his knowledge of the local property market and the real time direction it was moving. Given the market was staging a come back from the downturn we found his knowledge of what was happening day to day in the local market gave us comfort in establishing in our minds the true worth of the property.
